More than two decades dedicated to Jiu-Jitsu. As an athlete and instructor, he built a training philosophy based on discipline, respect and consistent technical evolution.

B9 Method — Barbosa Jiu-Jitsu

The B9 Method is a training program from Barbosa Jiu-Jitsu created by Sensei Barbosa. The program combines modules on history, ethics, children's teaching methodology, emotional intelligence and advanced training.
